Versatile & Consistent
Quickly producing the high temperatures required for perfect wood-fired pizzas. The briquettes can be broken into smaller pieces; ideal for getting exactly the right amount of heat exactly where you need it.
This makes them much more flexible to use them traditional logs. Plus, you use fewer of them to get the same amount of heat.
Beech Nestro briquettes are much drier than logs; roughly 8% vs 18% moisture content. This means you can use less to get more heat, so they last longer and are more economic.
It also means less work to get the oven to temperature and keep it there.
