Birch Hardwood Firewood Carry Box
Hardwood Firewood Carry Boxes containing approximately 8kg of high-quality kiln dried hardwood logs.
Made from:
Pure Birch hardwood, cut into 25cm/10 inch lengths, and kiln dried to between 12-18% moisture content.
Burning Characteristics:
Easy to light, producing a quick and attractive flame. Hot and faster burning than Oak, but great value. Like all logs, these kiln dried logs have great ‘character’ in the fireplace.
Perfect for:
Day to day burning on all but the very smallest of stoves. Great for open fires. Clearly they are not going to burn as long, hot or as economically as our best briquettes, but they do look attractive. We sometimes use logs during the shoulder months when less heat is required and we don’t mind stoking the fire as frequently.

When storing your firewood box outside, keep it above ground and protect it with a waterproof cover.
Please note: Pallets of firewood boxes will be wrapped in plastic in order to protect your logs during delivery.
