The pallet weights shown are guide weights. They include the firelighters, and individual pack weights may vary slightly.

Using the mix

Light your fire with a Dr Heat Firelighter and dry kindling. Add a small amount of Roastie Toasties or UK Hardwood Briquettes to build the fire. Once it is burning well, try Woodlets Heat Logs or OKO RUF for a steadier burn.

Some of these fuels expand as they burn. Leave room in the firebox, keep them away from the stove glass and follow your appliance instructions. They can also be used on a suitable open fire; keep the fuel back from the edge of the grate and use a fireguard.

Storage and delivery

Keep the packs completely dry and move them under cover when they arrive. Pack and pallet wrapping are not waterproof and are unsuitable for outdoor storage.

Delivery to most mainland UK postcodes is included in the pallet prices. Some addresses have an additional charge; see our pallet delivery information.

Palletways deliver kerbside using a manual pallet truck, which needs a firm, flat and level surface. You’ll need to be available to receive the pallet. A 7.5-tonne vehicle may be requested for the quarter or half pallet, but cannot carry the full pallet. Select the access restrictions option at checkout and add your request to the order notes.
