Description
These Handy Bags contain kiln-dried birch logs for wood-burning stoves, suitable multi-fuel stoves and open fires. They are Ready to Burn certified, with moisture content below 20%, so no further seasoning is needed.
Supplied in 60-litre bags, the logs measure 21–25cm long. Check your firebox dimensions before ordering, particularly if you have a small stove.
What are they made from?
Birch hardwood sourced from responsibly managed forests. The logs are kiln dried and supplied in water-resistant bags.
What are they like to burn?
These logs produce plenty of heat with a natural flame and very little ash. They’re a practical choice for everyday burning when you enjoy the look and feel of a traditional log fire.
Who are they for?
Handy Bags suit customers who prefer bagged firewood or have limited storage space. They can also be used in wood-fired pizza ovens and chimeneas designed to burn logs.
