RUF Pine Full Pallet
96 x 10kg = 960kg
RUF Pine briquettes are a dense RUF Block whose performance belies their low price. RUF Pine is a softwood which has been compressed into a very clean and dense briquette with a low expansion rate. They light easily and produce a good flickering flame. Whilst in the log basket the emit a beautiful fresh pine aroma.
I use two in an open ‘V’ in the back of the fire, a firelighter in the centre with a pickle of Hotmax as kindling. Put another RUF Pine on top of the ‘V’ and add more RUF Pine through the evening. In my 5kw stove I will use 5 RUF Pine over an evening, which makes for a very economical burn.
Alternatively use the open ‘V’ as a ‘heat sink’ in the back of the fire, place a firelighter in the centre of the ‘V’ and a pickle of Hotmax around the lighter. The RUF Pine will burn for 2 to 3 hours and together with the Hotmax will create an excellent and hot heart to the fire. Across the top of the two RUF Pine place a Baby Beech, Pini-kay, Blazers, Beech Nestro or pretty much any other briquette depending on the size of your stove.
Because they’re square, RUF Pine Blocks don’t roll in the hearth, so they’re easy and safe to use in an open fire.
None of our briquettes contain additives or chemicals. They are made from pure, untreated wood by-product and are held together by compression alone.
These easy-to-use briquettes give out steady heat with an attr flame. They burn for around two to three hours depending on airflow and they give off good heat for the duration of their burn time.
RUF Pine are great for general burning and starting the fire. They are a handy size so they’re excellent on a smaller stove or open fire, but they’re still chunky enough to get a really good burn time. The emit a lovely pine fresh aroma when first opened and placed in the log basket.

Plastic is widely used for wrapping briquettes, in order to ensure that they stay dry, as a damp briquette will break up and be unsuitable for burning. The environmental impact of our products is important to us, so we work constantly with our suppliers to improve the sustainability of their packaging by encouraging the use of cardboard in place of plastic wherever possible.
