1: Select your Fire Type……

2: How big is your fire?

3: Now tell us what you need…

If your open fire is more decorative than functional, a mixture of traditional logs and our Oak Pini-Kay briquettes will give you the best of both worlds. A cosy, bright flame and a bit more heat compared to using logs alone.

All-Rounder: Oak Pini-Kay Made from 100% renewable wood fuel, Oak Pini-K heatlogs are great all-rounders. Perfect for open fires. They produce a beautiful flame and then glow red hot like a long bar of steel. They last a long time and generate a considerable amount of heat relative to their size. Easy to break up, they can be used at any stage of your fire, from kindling to long daytime burning.

Traditionalist? : Kiln Dried Birch Logs Pure, hardwood, kiln-dried birch logs, cut to 10 inch lengths. In handy 12.5kg cardboard boxes. For great flames! Woodsure Ready to Burn Certified. For day to day burning on all but the very smallest of stoves. Great for open fires. Packaged in a plastic-free cardboard box and tied shut with jute.

If heat output is your goal then it’s time to make the switch from traditional logs to modern briquettes. You’ll still get the lovely flame but you’ll get a much better heat, longer burn time and a lot less mess as well as better value for money.

Log Replacement: Oak Pini-Kay Ideal for open fires because they don’t expand, they also pack an amazing amount of heat for their size. They produce a beautiful flame and then glow red hot like a long bar of steel. Easy to break up, they can be used at any stage of your fire, from kindling to long daytime burning.
